Really good stay in a beautiful location

I found the hotel's location excellent. The hotel is approximately 7-8 minutes by foot from the train station. I recommend you call the hotel to check if they can arrange for the shuttle to collect you after your train arrives. This hotel offers a free shuttle service, a nice feature. I also appreciated the quick walk to First gondola. The hotel is located about a block back in the town, giving the area a quieter atmosphere. The views of the alps are quite good.
I noticed only one minor issue, the gym had a limited selection of equipment, which might not suit every guest.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. They were very helpful in arranging transport; I did like that they offered a shuttle service to the train station. I am grateful for their consistent positive attitude.

I found the location ideal for accessing both the village center and mountain activities. The hotel's aesthetic impressed me greatly I appreciated the underground parking it offered. The breakfast had many fresh options with high quality ingredients.
The wait time at reception was a little long during check-in.

The hotel features a spa with a pool area that includes about twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section for guests seeking respite from the sun. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

My Luxury Room Eiger View included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room design was beautiful, and everything felt very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable which contributed to restful nights.

amazing stay with perfect amenities

the hotel is very stylish, and the comfort it provides feels so natural. i was in a beautiful room, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was impossible not to love. the spa is so clean and relaxing, and the outdoor pool is inviting. it is a hotel that is hard to leave, impossible to forget, and calling me back.
there was only one standard uk adapter socket in the room, so rotating devices on the cables from that one was needed.

the room included a well-stocked minibar and a comfortable bed. there was also a balcony which provided excellent mountain views, a fantastic feature. the bathroom had heated floors and premium toiletries, adding to the luxury.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed the decor and the style of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I got a welcome almond biscuit and water upon departure, which I thought was a sweet touch!
The room felt a bit dark. I found only one socket for my UK adapter. It took a long time to check in, about 20 minutes at the front desk.

I was so charmed by the hotel's decor, very alpine chic! the location was unbeatable near the train station. i easily accessed the First cable car. the spa treatments were great. My facial was the best i've EVER had and the massage was amazing
Finding a convenient plug socket proved a minor task. There was only one easily accessible for my standard uk adapter, just a single one. it was workable though.

the pool seemed pretty clean to me.
The room was not as soundproof as i thought. plus, there was only one european socket in the room. The rest were swiss, so charging all my devices became a real pain and the room was so dark. i expect more from a place like this, especially considering the price.

The room was well kept. The view of the mountains was excellent. I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the room.
The walk to the hotel was a bit challenging. It required a significant uphill climb from the train station. I found waiting 15 minutes for check-in rather inconvenient. The eggs at breakfast were cold, and the coffee tasted watery.
